As a personal strength and lifestyle coach, he has used his industry insight to help prepare others for modeling and performing opportunities. He's no stranger to the long hours and dedication that goes into getting and maintaining relationships in fitness and entertainment. Andre Agate is the co-creator of The Battle Bar, Sledbarrow and the CrossBell. His training sessions are designed to challenge and inspire you to be a better you.
